Happenings Down The Hill: Lefty's Adds To Downtown Willimantic Vibe

Lefty's Landing opened on Main Street Willimantic on March 22.  Lefty's Landing is a steak and seafood restaurant with a baseball theme.

Situated in the brown brick building on the corner of Walnut Street (formerly among other things The Victorian Lady), Lefty's Landing features an atmosphere of fun dining and excellent fare.  Owner and entrepreneur Walt Okoney (a local sports guy for decades) stated that the theme is a tribute to his grandfather, who played baseball at Eastern.  Lefty's Landing has a Facebook page and a website, but can also be reached at 860-942-8765.

Main Street Willimantic aka Downtown Willimantic will definitely be enlivened by the addition of Lefty's Landing to the scene.
