Happenings Down The Hill: WTG Auditions Jan 8 & 9

WHAT:  The Windham Theatre Guild will hold open auditions for God of Carnage, a bitterly comic, powerhouse piece of theatre.  It is the winner of the 2009 Tony award for Best Play, and was adapted into a movie in 2011.  Following a playground fight between two boys, their parents meet to discuss the incident. But a rational discussion among adults quickly disolves into a childish evening of name-calling, tears and tantrums. Each of the characters reminds us of someone we know and offers a tremendous acting opportunity.
WHEN:  January 8th & 9th from 7:00-9:00pm.
WHERE:  Windham Middle School, Quarry Street, Willimantic.
NEEDED:  2 men and 2 women in their 40’s.
