A Hazardous Weather Outlook has been issued by the National Weather Service for Hartford, Tolland and Windham counties, as well as Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
Scattered strong to severe thunderstorms are possible Wednesday, mainly between 2 and 8 p.m. Damaging winds are the primary threat.
