HuskyTHON is celebrating 25 years, and, since 1999, HuskyTHON has raised more than 11 million dollars for Connecticut Children's.

STORRS, CT — On Feb. 21, more than 3,900 students at the University of Connecticut plan to come together in an effort to raise $315,000 in only 24 hours for the patients and families at Connecticut Children's Medical Center.
It's called the Day of Strength, when all HuskyTHON participants are challenged to individually raise a minimum of $137 for the 137,000 patients treated by Connecticut Children's in 2023.
The funds raised on Day of Strength will go directly towards HuskyTHON's year-long fundraising total, which will be revealed on March 2 following the traditional 18-hour dance marathon, which is a culmination of the year-long fundraising efforts.
