Jonathan the Pinup Dog: UConn Mascot Primed for Calendar

STORRS, CT — Fans of Jonathan, the University of Connecticut mascot, can have a say in which photos of the famed Husky might appear in his annual calendar.

There's Jonathan in a mail cart. There's Jonathan (the real one) next to Jonathan (the student in the mascot suit) next to Jonathan (the statue) standing outside Gampel Pavilion. There is Jonathan on Horsebarn Hill, gazing at the Dairy Bar off in the distance.

There's Jonathan in a UConn sailboat. There is also, of course, the Happy husky in the snow picture.

Fans can vote for the favorite pictures on Jonathan's Facebook page.

"Click like on whatever pictures you'd like to see in my 2018 calendar," Jonathan says to fans.
