The Latest State Police Troop C Log Entries — Bar Fight in Willington

TOLLAND, CT — Here are the weekend arrests from the state police Troop C barracks:

Aug. 21

WILLINGTON, CT — Lydia McCarthy, 46, of Corona, NY, was charged with breach of peace after a bar fight at the Eagle Saloon in Willington, state police said. She was taken into custody at 12:22 a.m. after a fracas with a 32-year-old woman, state police said.

Aug. 20

ELLINGTON, CT — An Ellington woman was charged with driving under the influence at 9:58 p.m. Police responded to a report of the operator of a car passed out at 1 Maple St., according to an arrest report. Police found Deborah Ciarcia, 46, at the scene and arrested her, according to a report.

Aug. 16

TOLLAND/WILLINGTON, CT —Leroy Rhymer-Miles, 22, of Dorchester, MA, was charged with reckless driving after he was observed driving erratically just east of Exit 69 on Interstate-84 at 10:43 p.m., state police said. He was traveling in excess of 120 mph, state police said.
