MANSFIELD, CT β€” State police ares investigating a burglary complaint on Wormwood Hill Road, according to a report. A woman said she and her husband returned from vacation to find jewelry missing. The thief was able to get into the house through an unlocked rear garage door, according to a report.

TOLLAND, CT β€” State police from Troop C arrested 25-year-old Chelsea Dailey, of Manchester, and charged her with sixth-degree larceny, according to a report. She was picked up on a failure to appear warrant and then charged for an August incident in which $367 worth of merchandise was taken from the Tolland Big Y supermarket, according to an arrest report.

VERNON, CT β€” Peter Daylue, 20, of Worcester, MA, was charged with first-degree failure to appear, state police said in an arrest report. He was brought back to Connecticut from Massachusetts, according to an arrest report.

Oct. 11

MANSFIELD, CT β€” Eva Blanchard, 37, of Willimantic, was charged with larceny in the third and sixth degrees as well as issuing as bad check, state police said in a report. The incidents were in January at a Webster bank branch in Mansfield, state police said.

MANSFIELD, CT β€” Roland Savoir, 40, of Willington, was charged with reckless driving and driving under the influence, state police said in an arrest report. He was observed traveling on Route 195 in an unsafe manner and pulled over, according to an arrest report.

VERNON, CT β€” Troy Burgess, 23, of Vernon, was charged with reckless driving, risk of injury to a child, disorderly conduct, third-degree assault and second-degree reckless endangerment, according to an arrest report. Vernon police arrested him and he was transported to Troop C, according to an arrest report. The incident was on Oct. 1 in Center Street in Stafford, according to an arrest report.

Oct. 12

ELLINGTON, CT β€” John Ryan, 53, of Springfield, MA, was charged with second-degree larceny, second-degree criminal mischief and third-degree criminal trespass for an incident in December 2015 at Ellington Agway, according to an arrest report. A trailer valued at $3,500 had been stolen from Agway, according to an arrest report.
