TOLLAND, CT β Rakimdivine Rivera, 25, of Boston, was charged with narcotics possession and the sale of a controlled substance on Interstate-84, according to an arrest report. He was pulled over near Exit 69 after swerving on the roadway, state police said. Troopers seized $4,854 in cash and marijuana were located in the vehicle, according to an arrest report.

MANSFIELD, CT β Matthew Godbout, 30, of Windham, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, breach of peace and disorderly conduct on a warrant, according to an arrest report. He was implicated in an August incident at the Mansfield Hollow Dam, according to an arrest report.

SOMERS, CT β State police charged three Massachusetts men in connection with the theft of jewelry from a Hall Hill Road home in August. Shay Af Edwards, of Massachusetts, was charged with three conspiracies β for first-degree larceny, third-degree criminal mischief and third-degree burglary, a report indicates. William Lewis, 21, of Springfield, was charged with third-degree burglary and criminal mischief along with sixth-degree larceny, according to a report. Darnell Ross, 33, of Springfield was charged with first-degree larceny, third-degree criminal mischief and conspiracy to commit third-degree burglary, according to an arrest report.
Oct. 19
ELLINGTON, CT β Muhammad Riaz Khan, 43, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct for an alleged slapping incident on Pinnacle Road, according to an arrest report. He left the scene and was located a short time later, state police said.
