The Latest Weather Forecast Details for Mansfield and Storrs
As summer winds down, here are the forecast details heading into the weekend.

Technically, there is a slight chance for storms each day leading into the weekend for most of Connecticut —and even on the weekend — but the upcoming forecast is much, much better than last weekend's.
Last weekend it felt like 110 degrees at times and quick-moving strong-to-severe thunderstorms were popping up daily.
Fast-forward a week later and the temps will be in the upper 80s early on and later in the weekend the low 80s. Currently there are no advisories issued for the thunderstorm chances each day.
