Man Facing 12 Domestic Violence Charges out of Mansfield
A man is facing a dozen charges related to domestic violence in Mansfield, state police said.

MANSFIELD, CT — A Mansfield man is facing a dozen domestic violence-related charges, state police said.
Cole Moulthrope, 30, whose listed address is on Circle Drive in Mansfield Center, was arrested on a warrant Tuesday, according to an arrest report. He was charged with three counts each of second-degree reckless endangerment, third-degree assault and disorderly conduct, according to an arrest report.
He was also charged with three counts of risk of injury to a child because a 4-year-old was present for several instances of violence, according to a warrant.

State police began investigating Moulthrope after encountering a "hysterical woman" at the intersection of routes 195 and 275.
A warrant outlines several domestic violence instances involving Moulthrope, including knocking the cowering woman off a couch and throwing drinks on her.
