Online court records showΒ Bradley pleaded guilty that year and was sentenced in July toΒ an 18-month prison sentence followed by five years of probation.
Bradley is now suing Hernandez andΒ seeking more than $100,000 in damages claiming Hernandez shot him on Feb. 13 of this year.

Bradley was uncooperative with police during the investigation, saying he didn't know who shot him, however in the lawsuit he identified Hernandez as the shooter,Β the Courant reported.
Bradley also has three separate motor-vehicle convictions from 2009-12 in Bristol and Rockville.
