Mansfield Incident Part of Latest Arrests Out of Troop C

TOLLAND, CT – Here are the latest arrests from the state police Troop C barracks:

Feb. 13

SOMERS, CT β€” Kyle Faulkner, 28, of Kollar Road, Willington, was charged with violating a protective order for what state police described as a "non-active" domestic incident.

He was arrested, however, and assigned a $10,000 bond, state police said.

SOMERS, CT β€” Timothy Lashway, 46, of Somers, was charged with disorderly conduct after a domestic disturbance on Somerset Lane, state police said.

The incident included broken items inside a home, state police said. He admitted to throwing a chair, state police said.

Feb. 11

Mansfield, CT β€” Jesse Cooke, 23, of Enfield, is accused of kicking out a window in a state police cruiser after a fight, state police said.

For the fight, he was charged with assaulting an officer, interfering, disorderly conduct and second-degree criminal mischief, according to an arrest report.

Cooke was also charged with possessing more than 5 ounces of marijuana and possessing drug paraphernalia, according to an arrest report.

Feb. 9

Ira Flowers, 34, of Somers, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct for allegedly damaging the inside of a local home during an altercation, state police said.

He was arrested on a warrant, state police said.
