Warrant Arrest
Tim Sypher, 20, of 36 Old Kent Rd., was arrested by Connecticut State Police on an active arrest warrant. Sypher was charged with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct and risk of injury to child.

Jovany Villar, 28, of 4 Windham Rd., Lebanon, was arrested by state police on Ash Street and charged with improper use of marker/license/registration, insurance coverage failing the minimum requirements, operating a motor vehicle while registration or license is refused/suspended/revoked, third-degree burglary, sixth-degree larceny and two counts of conspiracy/discussion/intent/act toward commission of a crime.
Burglary Arrest
Juan I. Villar, 23, of 4 Windham Rd., Lebanon, was arrested by state police on Ash Street and charged with third-degree burglary, manufacture or possession of burglar’s tools, sixth-degree larceny and two counts of conspiracy/discussion/intent/act toward commission of a crime.
