Natalie F. Deutsch, 28, of 17 Owen St., Hartford, was arrested by Connecticut State Police on Bassetts Bridge Road and charged with criminal violation of a restraining order.

DUI Arrest
Saumitra Chowdhury, 39, of 76 Cheney Dr., was arrested by state police on Route 195 in Mansfield and charged with traveling at an unreasonable speed, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol, failure to drive right and failure to drive at a reasonable distance.

Arrest Warrant
Daniel A. Kish, 32, of 8 Poplar Ln., was arrested by state police on an active arrest warrant and charged with failure to appear in the second degree.
