Arrest

Jonathan Carrier, 39, of 154 Storrs Rd., was arrested by Connecticut State Police on Foster Drive and charged with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault and first-degree reckless endangerment.

Warrant Arrest

Samuel J. Kosterich, 19, of 41 Quaker Ridge Ed., Stamford, turned himself in to state police on an active arrest warrant and was charged with possession of alcohol by a minor, carrying a dangerous weapon and disorderly conduct.

Arrest

Alexis Tacelli-Olmo, 20, 216 S. Park St., Willimantic, was arrested by state police on Route 195 in Mansfield and charged with first-degree criminal trespass, disorderly conduct and second-degree assault.

Report

Mansfield Resident State Troopers were dispatched to Hunting Lodge Road to investigate a criminal mischief complaint. According to a police report, the complainant told police that two “suspicious white males” took a no trespassing sign and damaged the fence to the property, according to a police report. The incident is currently under investigation.

Mansfield Resident State Troopers were dispatched to Meadowbrook Lane to investigate a complaint. According to a police report, the complainant told police that the rear door to his residence had been damaged. According to a police report, although it “appeared as though entry was attempted into the residence, there was no evidence to suggest that entry was made.” The incident is currently under investigation.

DUI Arrest

Nelson Veras, 20, of 57 Chadwick Ave., Hartford, was arrested by state police on Route 195 in Mansfield and charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs or alcohol, failure to have tail lamps and possession of less than half an ounce of cannabis.

Qasim Raza, 20, of 208^th St., Newington, was arrested by state police on Maple Road and charged with speeding, operation of a vehicle by a minor having an elevated blood alcohol content and failure to drive right at slow speed.

DUI Arrest

Ryan Richardson, 23, of 69 Thrall Rd., Broad Brook, was arrested by state police on Route 32 in Mansfield and charged with operating a motor vehicle at too slow a speed, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs or alcohol and failure to drive right at slow speed.

Anthony D. Morlando, 18, of 32 Riverview Rd., was arrested by state police on an active PRAWN warrant and charged with failure to appear in the first degree.
