Mansfield Roadway Closed After Tree Falls In Storm

MANSFIELD, CT — A state roadway in Mansfield is closed due to damage from Monday's nasty rain/wind storm, according to the state Department of Transportation.

The DOT reports Route 89 is closed at Laurel Lane due to a tree down in the wires.

The incident was first reported at 8:57 a.m. and it is "unknown" when it will be cleared, according to the DOT.
