Mansfield Setting Up Cooling Centers for Heat Relief
The air conditioned buildings are open to residents.

MANSFIELD, CT - With temperatures expected to surpass 90 degrees at least Wednesday and Thursday, Mansfield officials are making several air conditioned facilities available for residents who need a break from the weather.

The following town facilities will be open to any residents who are seeking relief from the heat:
- Mansfield Public Library: Mondays and Wednesdays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.; and Fridays and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Mansfield Community Center: 5:30 a.m. to 9 p.m., Mondays through Fridays; Saturdays from 6:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.l and Sundays from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
- Mansfield Senior Center: Mondays through Fridays from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
