Zachary Lamothe will present stories from two of his books: Connecticut Lore: Strange, Off-Kilter and Full of Surprises and More Connecticut Lore: Guidebook to 82 Strange Locations. Both books are wide-ranging works that highlight stories of abandoned villages, tales of the supernatural, and off-beat travel destinations.
These books offer insider tips on tasty restaurants and activities near various attractions and have something new for both first-time visitors as well as longtime residents of the Nutmeg State.

A native of Norwich, Connecticut who now makes his home with his family on the South Shore of Massachusetts, Zach will also be talking about one of his more recent projects, βBackyard Road Tripsβ, a website that asks and answers the question, βWhatβs in your backyard?β
