Mobile Foodshare Coming to Mansfield
The Foodshare truck will visit the parking lot at the end of Wright's Way every other Thursday.
Foodshare and the Town of Mansfield have joined together to help fight hunger in the community with the Mobile Foodshare Program.
The town, in conjunction with the Mansfield Housing Authority, is launching the program Thursday at Wright's Village in Storrs.
βWeβd really like to see this kind of fill a gap in terms of a need,β Kevin Grunwald, Mansfield's director of human services said.
