All Classes are 40 minutes long, and they’re FREE!

All Participants are required to fill out and sign a registration form.

You must be 18 or older unless accompanied by an adult.

11 am Gentle Yoga - Basic postures, lots of stretching

12 pm Moderate Yoga - Varied postures, sitting and standing

1 pm Vigorous Yoga - You’re gonna sweat!

2 pm Dance Yoga - Do you like Zumba? Check out Dance Yoga!
