Overcrowding Issue at Mansfield Address Leads to Weapons Charges: State Police
A man was arrested over the weekend, state police said.

MANSFIELD, CT — What started as a dispute with a landlord about overcrowding at a Yale Road residence finished with weapons charges against a Mansfield resident, state police said.
Scottye Valledares, 25, was arrested on Oct, 12 after state troopers were dispatched to 2 Yale Road for a tenant-landlord dispute, according to an arrest report. He was a friend of the landlord and is accused of brandishing a pellet gun at tenants during a dispute, state police said.
He lives on Cornell Road, Mansfield, state police said.

Valledares was charted with weapons in a vehicle, illgal use of a firearm, interfering and breach of peace, sttae police said.
He is due in court on Nov. 21, state police said.
