Police Blotter: Multiple DUIs, Incidents on UConn Campus

Arrest

Theresa Marie Ferguson, 21, of 15 Saybrook Street in Brighton, MA was arrested by University of Connecticut Police on Stadium Road and charged with first-degree criminal trespassing. She was released on a promise to appear in Rockville Superior Court on Nov. 30.

Dominika Julia Cwalina, 20, of 72 Bunnell Street in New Britain, was arrested by campus police on Hunting Lodge Road and charged with failure to drive right and operation while under the influence.

Lisha Ann Lachney, 20, of 105 Hutchinson Street in Waterbury, was arrested by campus police on North Eagleville Road and charged with improper passing and operation while under the influence.

Courtney Ann Desjardins, 22, of 182 Austin Ryer Lane in Branford, was arrested by campus police on North Eagleville Road and charged with failure to have headlights on and operation while under the influence.

Brenda M. Pliska, 43, of 10 Olde Field Drive in East Haddam, was arrested by campus police on Horsebarn Hill Road and charged with failure to obey control signal and operation while under the influence.

Gregory Reed Dione, 21, of 11 St. Moritz Circle Ex in Willington, was arrested by campus police at Busby Suites on the UConn campus and charged with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree reckless endangerment after police responded to a report of an intoxicated driver, and found that Dione had been pounding on the building's glass doors and yelling in an attempt to gain access to the suites, along with his passenger, Erich Kalman Latincsics, 21, of 97 Trask Road in Willington, who was arrested and charged with second-degree breach of peace.

Bryan Marquis Slater, 22, of 7 Edwards Lane in Beacon Falls and Eric Gregory Diaz, 21, of 81 Westover Avenue in West Caldwell, NJ, were arrested by campus police at 10 Husky Circle and charged with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree criminal mischief, after vandalizing a lamp post.

William Andrew Asmar Jr., 18, (address unknown) and Nicholas Robert Dunn, 19, of 131 Clapboard Ridge Road in Danbury, were arrested by campus police at 82 North Eagleville Road and charged with interfering with an officer.
