Service Refusal at Mansfield Pub Leads to Charges
The incident was at a Mansfield pub in Thursday.

MANSFIELD, CT — A 21-year-old wound up with four criminal charges after he was refused service at a local watering hole on Thursday night, state police said.
Jesse Vargas, 21, of 1H Coogan Road, Mansfield, was arrested at 10:40 p.m., according to a report. Police were called to the Pub 32 on Stafford Road for a reported disturbance. Vargas is accused of damaging the front of the establishment before fleeing the scene.
State police tracked him down on Chaffeeville Road and took him into custody, according to a report.

Vargas was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, breach of peace, criminal impersonation, and third-degree forgery, according to a report.
He is due in court on Oct 18, state police said.
