There's a New Big Cheese at the UConn Dairy Bar

Check out the flavor made just this week.

STORRS, CT — There's a new big cheese in town at the UConn Dairy Bar.

And the University of Connecticut Department of Animal Science, which oversees dairy production, posted a big old picture of the big old blocks on social media this week.

The cheese is diced queso blanco that has been produced plain or with green chilis.
