A big winning CT Lottery ticket was played in Mansfield.
MANSFIELD, CT — A store in Mansfield Center had the right touch when it came to a recent CT Lottery game purchase.
On Thursday, a player from North Windham named William D cashed in the $30,000 ticket for the Lucky Stars 2nd Edition game at the Husky Spirit Shop.
The store is located at 454 Storrs Road.
