Tickets Sparse for UConn-Notre Dame Matchup
Junior All-American Katie Lou Samuelson will be a game-time decision for Sunday's contest.

STORRS, CT — As of Friday night, less than 100 tickets remained for the University of Connecticut-Notre Dame women’s basketball showdown.
The game is scheduled for Sunday at 4 p.m. at the XL Center in Hartford. The contest will be televised nationally on ESPN.
UConn enters the matchup with a 6-0 record, which includes victories over four ranked opponents, while the Irish come to Downtown Hartford with a 7-0 overall record.

The No. q Huskies are 35-11 all-time against No. 3 Notre Dame and have won six-straight in the series. The Huskies have won 31 of their last 39 games against opponents ranked in the top-five of the Associated Press Poll.
Junior All-American Katie Lou Samuelson, who has missed the last four games with a foot injury, practiced Friday for the first time in two weeks. She will be a game-time decision for Sunday’s contest, UConn officials said.
