TOLLAND, CT β Here are the latest arrests from the state police Troop C log.
March 8
MANSFIELD, CT β A Willington man was charged with third-degree burglary, third-degree criminal mischief and fourth-degree larceny for a January incident on Willington Hill Road, state police said. Renaud Obready, 45, is accused of stealing pork roasts and a power washer from a home at which he periodically did odd jobs, state police said.

March 10
SOMERS, CT β A Somers man has been charged with assault for a weekend incident on Sokol Road, state police said. Roland Cote, 46, threw a cell phone and grabbed the victim around the neck in the incident that took place just before 7 p.m., state police said. He was charged with third-degree assault, third-degree strangulation and disorderly conduct, state police said. The victim fled the residence and called state police, according to a report.

TOLLAND, CT β David Fenn, 51, of 11 Vernwood Drive, Vernon, man was charged with disorderly conduct for an incident on Mile Hill Road in Tolland, state police said. The incident took place just prior to 8 a.m., state police said. Kyle Fenn, 23, of Mile Hill Road, Tolland, was also charged with disorderly conduct for the incident, state police said.
MANSFIELD, CT β The owner of Motoconsult on Stafford Road told state police that a man passed a bad check for 212.70. State police said a suspect has been developed in the case.
March 11
ELLINGTON, CT β Vincent Morgan, 23, of Meadowbrook Road, Ellington, was charged with threatening, interfering and breach of peace following an incident at 2 p.m. at Meadowbrook Apartments, state police said. Marisa Santiago, 23, of the same apartment, was charged with interfering and breach of peace for the same incident, state police said. The two were intoxicated, state police said.
ELLINGTON, CT β A resident of Pinney Street told state police that two of his vehicles has been broken into sometime near 2:30 a.m. The thieves cut out the front grill of the cars to disable alarms. Audio equipment, a pair of Oakley sunglasses and a knife were among the items taken. Other thefts were reported in the area as well, state police said.
March 12
ELLINGTON, CT β An Ellington man was arrested after a dispute with a cab driver over a fare on Orchard Street, state police said. He refused to pay a $104 fare and was charged with sixth-degree larceny, state police said.
ELLINGTON, CT β A South Windsor woman is facing three types of larceny charges for a series of thefts at a home on Justin Drive in Ellington, state police said. Hongkeo Luangpraseuth, 20, of Avery Street, South Windsor, was charged with second-degree larceny, third-degree larceny and fifth-degree larceny, state police said. She is the niece of the homeowners, state police said. One item taken was a $10,000 necklace and a $750 bracelet, state police said. She posted a $5,000 bond and is due in Rockville Superior Court on March 27, state police said. The thefts took place in January and she was arrested on March 12, state police said.
