Troop C Arrest Log: Probation Violation, DUI in Mansfield

TOLLAND, CT — Here is a look at the latest arrests from the state police Troop C log book.

Aug. 12

MANSFIELD, CT — Ryan Quigley, 33, of Storrs, was charged with driving under the influence and a lane violation, according to an arrest report. At 7:06 p.m., state police found Quigley walking outside his car, which was stopped on Hanks Hill Road with a utility pole on top of it, according to an arrest report.

Aug. 13

TOLLAND, CT — Mark Verrilli, 20, of Tolland, was charged with operating a motor vehicle as a minor with an elevated blood alcohol content and a lane violation after being pulled over near Exit 68 off Interstate-84, according to an arrest report. He was observed exiting the highway at a high rate of speed at 3:15 a.m., according to an arrest report.

Aug. 16

TOLLAND, CT — Robert Shepard, 40, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault at 6:04 p.m. after a verbal altercation on Rolling Meadow Drive turned physical, according to an arrest report. He is accused of grabbing two people by their necks and throwing them to the ground, according to an arrest report.

SOMERS, CT — Jahmar Williams, 28, of Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and a number of motor vehicle violations at 9:59 p.m. on George Wood Road, according to an arrest report. He was driving a vehicle with registration plates reported stolen out of Hartford, according to an arrest report.

MANSFIELD, CT — Joshua Parker, 28, of South Windham, was charged with third-degree larceny and forgery in the second degree, according to an arrest report. He was involved in a fraudulent car sale, state police said.

Aug. 18

ELLINGTON, CT — Charles Davis, 34, of New Britain, was charged with violating a protective order at 12:14 p.m., according to an arrest report. The incident was on Jobs Hill Road, state police said.

Aug. 19

MANSFIELD, CT — Keith Nikolas Spinney, 30, of Norwich, was charged with two counts of violating his probation at 4:46 p.m., according to an arrest report. He was arrested after an incident on Route 195, according to an arrest report.

SOMERS, CT — Michael Richardson, 39, of Somers, was charged with narcotics possession and possessing drug paraphernalia on Hall Hill Road, according to an arrest report. State police found him pulled over at 8:07 a.m. and he was allegedly in the process of using drugs, according to an arrest report.

Aug. 20

SOMERS, CT — Mary Helie, of Monson, MA, was charged with driving under the influence and failure to drive right, according to an arrest report. She was stopped on Springfield Road at 4:55 p.m., according to an arrest report.
