Troop C Arrest Log: Troopers Make DUI Arrests

TOLLAND, CT — Here are the latest arrest log postings at the state police Troop C barracks:

Dec. 11

ELLINGTON, CT — State police charged 43-year-old Matthew Leone of Tolland with traveling unreasonably fast and driving under the influence after a 10:54 p.m. incident Stafford Road in Ellington. He had been in a crash before police arrived, and then failed a series of field sobriety tests, state police said.

TOLLAND, CT — State police charged 22-year-old Dana Noonan of East Hartford with DUI and failure to drive right after she crashed into a curb on Route 31 in Tolland, according to an arrest report. She was not injured, state police said.

Dec. 10

WILLINGTON, CT — Reginald King, 71, of Vernon, was charged with DUI at 10:30 p.m. after he was spotted driving eratically at the intersection of routes 74 and 32, state police said.

ELLINGTON, CT — After hopping a curve in his car at 4:14 a.m., Marlon Portillo, 27, was charged with DUI and a turn violation, state police said.

MANSFIELD, CT — A disturbance on Carriage House drive led to the arrest of 22-year-old Caitlin O'Brien for disorderly conduct and third-degree assault, state police said. The incident took place at 1:14 p.m., state police said.
