TOLLAND, CT — Here are the latest arrests posted in the state police Troop C log book.

Arrests are to July 31 and are not a presumption of guilt.

July 24

MANSFIELD, CT — Kamara Clahar, 46, of Bloomfield, was charged with driving under the influence and a lane violation after a traffic stop on Stafford Road, according to an arrest report. The incident was at 10:12 p.m., state police said.

TOLLAND, CT — Keith Wearne, 45, of Tolland, was charged with conspiracy to commit a violation of his terms of release, state police said. He was arrested on Glenn Drive at 7:25 p.m., state police said.

MANSFIELD, CT — Dean Lachappelle, 23, of Ashford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, according to an arrest report. The charge was the result of an investigation into gasoline stolen from a landscaping truck, according to an arrest report.

July 25

MANSFIELD, CT Steven Stonella, 27, was charged with disorderly conduct, second-degree harassment, third-degree assault and threatening at 1:14 p.m., according to an arrest report. The charges stem from an continuous incident with a woman, according to an arrest report.

July 27

MANSFIELD, CT — Felix Salgado, 50, of Chaplin, was charged with breach of peace for an incident on Route 195, according to an arrest report. The charge stemmed from an incident with a co-workers, according to an arrest report.
