TOLLAND, CT β Here are the latest major incidents and arrests from the log book at the state Troop C barracks:
April 27
UNION, CT β A Windsor man is facing drug and traffic charges after being pulled over on Interstate-84, state police said.

State police said Michael Bonola, 26, was speeding through Tolland County heading east when he was stopped in Willington at 8:30 p.m. He wound up being charged with speeding and a lane violation as well possessing marijuana, a hallucinogen and possessing drug paraphernalia, state police said.

SOMERS, CT β Steven Millotte, 30, of Enfield, was charged with driving under the influence, failing to carry a license and failing to illuminate his lights after a traffic stop on Rye Hill Circle in Somers, state police said. He was stopped at 1:07 a.m., state police said.
ELLINGTON, CT β Brahmaji Gazzarapu, 42, of 95 Hockanum Boulevard, Vernon, was charged with disorderly conduct after a disturbance on Windermere Avenue in Ellington, state police said. The fight was between two men, state police said.
April 29
WILLINGTON, CT β Carol Vonberg, 26, of Stafford, was charged with interfering and breach of peace, for an incident on Miller Farms Road at 12:43 a.m., state police said. Troopers went to the scene after receiving a report that a suspicious person was ringing a doorbell, state police said.
STAFFORD, CT β Chester Haber, 58, of Berlin was charged with driving under the influence and illegally operating a motor vehicle without an ignition device at 2:59 p.m., state police said. A trooper assigned to work an event was standing at the front gate area and watched him pull into a handicapped parking space, drive through the space and bump into a rock before exiting the vehicle with a can of beer in his hand, state police said.
