A student fell from "a high level" at UConn's South Garage Thursday and died a short time later, officials said.

STORRS, CT — A University of Connecticut student died after a fall from the South Parking Garage on campus Thursday morning.
UConn spokeswoman Stephanie Reitz said the student's name is not being immediately released, and added the cause and manner of his death will be determined by the Office of the State Medical Examiner. The student was an undergraduate at UConn, she said.
UConn police are continuing an investigation into the circumstances, but have found no criminal or suspicious element to the fall, she added.
