STORRS, CT — The University of Connecticut's Office of Alumni Relations has scheduled the annual "Celebrate the Season" event honoring the UConn women’s basketball team for next week.
The even is on tap for Friday, April 7 from 6:30 to 9 p.m. at the Werth Family UConn Basketball Champions Center in Storrs.
Head coach Geno Auriemma will be on hand an for exclusive reception. Other coaches and student-athletes will be on hand.

Attendees will be able to tour the Werth Family Basketball Champions Center and see the many amenities the facility offers.
This event is open to alumni and fans at $75 per guest. Hors d'oeuvres, desserts will be served and the even will fearturew a cash bar.
