The incident was during the early move-in period.

STORRS, CT — A Salisbury man is scheduled to appear before a judge next week to explain why University of Connecticut police found him kicking a car while standing on the vehicle's roof in a campus parking lot.
It was 12:15 a.m. on Thursday — the overnight period between the two-day early move-in period — when police saw Myles Ware, 21, of Salisbury, walking across the X-Lot from King Hill Road, according to an arrest report.
Ware was next observed standing on top of a car, kicking the vehicle's roof and hood, UConn police said.
