UConn Field Hockey Squad No. 1 in Latest National Poll
The Huskies are the lone unbeaten squad.

STORRS, CT — One month into the season, UConn field hockey remains the only undefeated team in Division I – and with the distinction comes the No. 1 ranking in this week’s Penn Monto/NFHCA Coaches Poll.
Following the losses of No. 1 Syracuse and No. 2 Duke this past weekend, the Huskies (9-0, 2-0 Big East) jumped from the third to first with 860 points and 14 first-place votes.
It is the first time since early October of 2015 that UConn has been No. 1 in the poll.
