UConn Offering Shuttle Service For NCAA Games
UConn Transportation Services is continuing to offer its Gampel Express bus shuttle service.

STORRS, CT — UConn Transportation Services is continuing to offer its Gampel Express bus shuttle service from Downtown Storrs to campus for the first and second rounds of the NCAA Women’s Basketball Tournament.
On Friday, March 22, Gampel Express will run from 4:30 to 10 p.m., with the UConn game
against Towson scheduled to start at 6:30 p.m.

The winners of the Friday games will play on Sunday. If UConn plays on Sunday, Gampel Express will start service two hours before tip-off and conclude five hours later.
Fans can catch Gampel Express every 20 minutes outside the Nash-Zimmer Transportation Center (23 Royce Circle) and will be dropped off at the Alumni Bus Stop on campus at
Hillside Road.

Downtown offers no and low-cost parking options for visitors. Parking is available in the Downtown Storrs Parking Garage, which is free for the first two hours and $1 per hour thereafter, with a daily maximum charge of $8. Gampel Express will only run for the UConn games
Service is also being provided from Storrs to the NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament in Hartford on Thursday and Saturday. CTtransit’s 913 Express routes make it easy to take the bus to the XL Center. The first bus to Hartford departs the Nash-Zimmer Transportation Center at approximately 7:50 AM. Route 913 Express drops off at Pearl Street and Trumbull Street (City Place) one block away from the XL Center.
The last return trip from Hartford to Storrs on Thursday and Saturday nights departs Hartford at approximately 11:26 p.m.
