UConn Police: Man Arrested for Throwing Rocks at Former Girlfriend's Window

STORRS, CT — A Salem man has been charged with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree harassment after he allegedly was throwing rocks at a woman's window, among other antics, at a University of Connecticut dorm, according to a police report.
At 2:34 a.m. on Sept. 16, UConn police responded to the Celeron Square complex where 22-year-old Stavros Ghirardi was banging on the door to a woman's apartment, according to a report.
He lives in Salem, police said.

He was in a previous dating relationship with the woman, police said.
