UConn Women's Basketball Announces Complete 2026-27 Schedule With Big East Slate
The Huskies will play home games at Gampel Pavilion and PeoplesBank Arena; 10 non-conference opponents reached 2026 NCAA Tournament.

STORRS, CT — The University of Connecticut women's basketball team has completed its 2026-27 schedule with the announcement of the BIG EAST Conference slate and its home-arena designations.
The Huskies will play home games at both Gampel Pavilion in Storrs and PeoplesBank Arena in Hartford during the upcoming season.
UConn's designated home games at Gampel Pavilion include its preseason matchup with West Point, along with games against Iowa, UNLV, Creighton, DePaul, Villanova, Xavier and Butler.

The Huskies will host Texas in a preseason game at PeoplesBank Arena, as well as regular-season games against Cornell, Seton Hall, Tennessee, Georgetown, Marquette, Providence and St. John's.
The schedule also features a challenging non-conference slate. Ten of UConn's non-conference opponents competed in the 2026 NCAA Tournament and finished last season among the Top 25 of the final NCAA NET Rankings.

Those opponents are South Carolina, LSU, Michigan, Duke, Louisville, Iowa, Maryland, Ohio State, Notre Dame and Tennessee. UConn's schedule includes road games at Michigan, Ohio State, Louisville and Notre Dame, as well as neutral-site games against South Carolina, Duke, Maryland and LSU.
The Huskies will open the regular season Nov. 2 against Cornell at PeoplesBank Arena. Other early-season matchups include Iowa at Gampel Pavilion on Nov. 8, Michigan on the road Nov. 5, Ohio State on Nov. 12 and Louisville on Nov. 15.
UConn will face South Carolina Nov. 24 at Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville and Duke Nov. 28 at TD Garden in Boston. The Huskies will meet Maryland Dec. 5 at Barclays Center in Brooklyn and LSU Dec. 20 at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville.
Big East play begins Dec. 16 when UConn hosts Creighton at Gampel Pavilion.
UConn has won each BIG EAST regular-season and tournament championship since returning to the conference in 2020. The Huskies have gone 104-3 in BIG EAST conference play during that span and have won 49 total BIG EAST titles, according to the university.
The 2027 Big East Women's Basketball Tournament will return to Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville from March 5-8.
Season tickets for UConn's 2026-27 games at both Gampel Pavilion and PeoplesBank Arena are on sale. Tip times and television information will be announced at a later date.
