Wanted Woman Says She Stole Meats to 'Please' Boyfriend: Report
A woman wanted in another case, was caught stealing meats and sushi at a Mansfield supermarket, police said.

MANSFIELD, CT — A woman already wanted for skipping a court date said she wanted to "please her boyfriend" when she was arrested for stealing sushi and meats from a local supermarket, according to an arrest report.
Andrea Bocher, 27, of Willimantic, was charged with sixth-degree larceny for the shoplifting case at the Mansfield Big Y supermarket and with first-degree failure to appear for a previous case. The bonds are $2,000 and $15,000, respectively and she remained in custody as of Friday morning.
Third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace and a protective order violation are charged associated with the skipped court date, according to judicial system records.

The Big Y thefts took place at 3:53 p.m. on Jan. 29, according to an arrest report.
