Winter Weather Prompts Changes to UConn's Tuesday Schedule
BREAKING: A schedule advisory has been issued for all UConn locations because of weather.

STORRS, CT — Impending winter weather has prompted the University of Connecticut to close at 2 p.m. Tuesday at its main campus in Storrs and the greater Hartford, Waterbury and the School of Law campuses.
Classes and operations at UConn’s Stamford and Avery Point campuses will remain on their regular schedule, officials said.
Essential services such as public safety, residential dining halls, and others are not affected by the schedule change, UConn officials said.

Non-essential employees have permission to leave the Storrs, greater Hartford, Waterbury and law school campuses at 2 p.m., but essential employees should report as normal, officials said.
Students, employees and the general public can check the UConn Alert website at www.alert.uconn.edu at any time for updated campus status information, instructions for emergencies, safety resources, and other information.
