$200K Lottery Winner Sold In Meriden

MERIDEN, CT — A Meriden resident recently won more than $200,000 on a lottery ticket that was sold in the city, according to the Connecticut Lottery.

The resident won $203,425 on a FAST PLAY - $10 STACKS OF CA$H PROGRESSIVE ticket that was sold at Crystal Grocery Store at 226 West Main St. in Meriden, according to Lottery officials.

The CT Lottery has changed its policy on announcing winners by not including the winners’ full names on the list in order to protect them from potential scams, according to officials.
