3 Bridgeport Residents 'Presumed Positive' For Coronavirus

Three Bridgeport residents are likely suffering from coronavirus.

BRIDGEPORT, CT — Mayor Joe Ganim said in a live-stream to Bridgeport residents that three residents are "presumed positive" for the COVID-19 virus, The Connecticut Post reported. These individuals are quarantined.

Further information about these individuals, such as if they are live in the same household, was not available. Ganim said residents showing symptoms should get in touch with their primary care doctor, according to The Post.

Ganim will appear on Facebook live Thursday and Friday from 12:30 to 1 p.m. to provide updates.
