3 Charged In Meriden Shots-Fired Incident: Police
Police have charged three people in connection with a shots-fired call.
MERIDEN, CT — Police have arrested two men and a juvenile accused of involvement in a shots-fired incident in January. Police received the call Jan.8 regarding shots fired at 81 Side Rill Road.
Eduardo Mercado, 20, was charged Thursday with conspiracy to commit unlawful discharge of firearms and conspiracy to commit first-degree reckless endangerment. His bond was set at $250,000, according to police.
In May, Kenny Ortiz, 18, was charged with conspiracy to commit unlawful discharge of firearms and conspiracy to commit first-degree reckless endangerment. His bond was set at $250,000, according to police.
