$30K Lottery Prize Sold In Meriden

The winning ticket was recently sold at a business in Meriden, according to the Connecticut Lottery.

MERIDEN, CT — A Meriden resident recently won $30,000 on a scratch ticket that was sold in the city, according to the Connecticut Lottery.

The resident won $30,000 on a 30X Cash 10th Edition scratch ticket that was sold at Ab Convenience Store at 269 Main St. in South Meriden.

The CT Lottery has changed its policy on announcing winners by not including the winners’ full names on the list in order to protect them from potential scams, according to officials.
