McKay said the warrant was in response to “numerous complaints” of the resident, Robert Middleton, selling narcotics from the home.

“During the search, investigators seized approximately 30 grams worth of fentanyl pills, approximately 12 grams of crack cocaine, several digital scales, BB gun, and two 9mm rounds of ammunition,” McKay wrote in a news release.

McKay said Middleton is a convicted felon who is prohibited from possessing a firearm or ammunition.

Middleton, 40, was charged with two counts of possession of narcotics, two counts of possession of narcotics with intent to sell, operating a drug factory, possession of drug paraphernalia, criminal possession of ammunition, and risk of injury to a minor. He was held in lieu of a $150,000 bond.

At the time the warrant was executed, McKay said 55-year-old Carmelo Nunez was located outside the residence and found to have an active arrest warrant for second-degree failure to appear. He was held in lieu of a $2,500 bond.
