French Bulldog Business Among 53 New Businesses Registered In Meriden In July

MERIDEN, CT — Fifty-three new businesses registered with the state in Meriden in July, according to the Connecticut Business Registry. The most unusual entry was Morningside Frenchies LLC, which registered under the pet care category at 82 Columbus Avenue on July 29.

Deniz Ozturk Art LLC registered as an independent artist, and Commerce Staffing LLC registered under executive search services. Contracting, automotive and real estate filings made up much of the rest of the month.

State registration marks when a business files paperwork with the Secretary of the State, not necessarily when it opens to customers, so some of these ventures may not yet be operating at the addresses listed.
