MERIDEN, CT — Police are asking for help with finding Jake Rivera, 15, who was reported missing from Meriden on Sept. 18.
Rivera is believed to have run away from home and was last seen wearing the black clothing pictured below.
He is 5 feet, 7 inches tall and weighs 160 pounds. He has dark brown hair and brown eyes.
