260 Parker Ave. sold Oct. 16 for $399,900. The four-bedroom, two-bath home was built in 1946 and has 1,668 square feet on 0.28 acres.
98 Wilbur Ave. sold Oct. 15 for $300,000. The three-bedroom, one-bath home was built in 1959 and has 1,633 square feet on 0.19 acres.
501 Paddock Ave. sold Oct. 15 for $365,000. The four-bedroom, two-bath home was built in 1961 and has 1,310 square feet on 0.5 acres.

What this says about the Meriden market: Prices in this batch ran from $195,000 at 680 North Colony St. #43 to $500,000 at 185 Lydale Place. The mix included six single-family homes and two condos.
