Banana Burritos are a great on-the-go breakfast or snack for kids or adults.

A Banana Burrito is a simple snack or breakfast on the go.
Just take a 100% whole wheat tortilla, spread with 100% natural peanut butter and also some fruit spread if you like. Place a banana on one end of the tortilla, roll it up and you're ready to go. If you can't find 100% whole wheat tortillas, try multi-grain. Be sure to read the ingredient list and make sure it doesn't contain any hydrogenated oils or high fructose corn syrup.
Sometimes we slice it into rounds and call it banana sushi.
