MERIDEN, CT — A woman purchased a $30,000-winning lottery ticket in Meriden recently. Brenda Dingwell, of New Britain, won playing the 30X Cash 7th Edition game.
She purchased the lucky ticket Tuesday at the Meriden Mobil station.
